That's why we're looking for a receptionist who can not only handle the administrative tasks of a busy clinic but also make our clients and their furry friends feel welcome and comfortable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with a smile
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering phones and emails
- Processing payments
- Collecting medical histories
- Updating patient records
- Assisting with light administrative tasks
As a veterinary receptionist, you will be the face of our clinic. So, we're looking for someone who is not only friendly and professional, but who has empathy for the pet and client. Let your passion for pets and best practice veterinary care shine every day.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Empathy
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to be versatile in a fast-paced environment
- Compassion for animals and a genuine interest in their well-being
- Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience working in a veterinary clinic
- Familiarity with veterinary terminology
